Most skills cost 1 credit per call. Data-heavy ones cost 2–5, shown on the skill's page before you enable it.

Weather, currency, DNS, text — every enabled skill draws from the same monthly balance on one key. Nothing to allocate.

Only pay for use

Idle skills cost nothing. Turn skills on and off freely — you're billed for the credits you actually spend, not the skills you enable.

What's a credit?
A credit is one skill call. Most skills cost a single credit; a few heavier ones (like DNS or WHOIS lookups) cost a little more. The exact cost is listed on every skill's page, and all your skills draw from the same monthly balance.
Do I pay per skill?
No. Every plan includes all skills. You enable whatever your app or agent needs and pay only for the credits you spend — one balance across the whole registry.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Calls pause until your balance renews at the start of the next cycle, or you can upgrade any time for an immediate top-up. Nothing breaks — your key and enabled skills stay exactly as they were.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like from the dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What will show on my invoice?
VerveKit runs on APIVerve, our production data engine, so invoices and card statements read APIVERVE. Same account, same key, same billing — nothing else changes.
